Shipping Preferences

Every time you place an order via our order form, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences:
* Group my items as free shipping on free shipping area (free shipping on per order)
Free Shipping takes 7-15 business days or more via Hong Kong air mail to most countries. Save US$7.5!
* Any order above US$90 will come with free shipping and tracking number .

For express international shipping, customer can opt for (EMS/DHL/UPS) at an additional cost of $25USD. Shipping takes 3-7days. A safer and faster way to receive your item.

Gamezaway will help customers avoid the Custom tax in all shipments. Items are shipped within 1 business days.

Is it safe to shop on-line at Gamezway.com?
At Gamezway.com, we guarantee your privacy and on-line shopping safety.
We do not store any credit card information. All billing information is processed by PayPal.com, an online payment system owned by eBay. PayPal is secured by multiple industrial security technologies including solutions from VeriSign.

What are the available shipping methods?
Gamezway offers regular air mail postage for free and registered air mail post shipping methods at US$7.5 (lower than market price). For urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for expedite delivery of products at an upgrade fee to cover cost.  The Shipping options are available via selection box after you confirm the shipping address (before logging in to PayPal).
For large items, We recommend customer to opt for EMS Express for faster delivery and avoiding custom tax. (Items takes longer via free shipping and are subjected to custom tax via HK Airmail/local post). You may check the shipping options before payment.
For countries not served by EMS, DHL International Express will be used instead. In general DHL costs more than EMS so there may be additional express shipment charges. Please contact us for more details on DHL delivery. Price difference is usually an additional $10USD or lesser.

How fast is EMS Express?
While it generally takes 7 to 18 business days for air mail delivery, EMS takes about 5 to 10 business days for most countries (including the US,). Please note that processing and packaging time still apply (see the processing schedule below).

Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?
Gamezway.com provides two methods for you to get bulk/volume purchase discounts: Via selected amounts and also bulk purchases. The more you order the more you save. We are a wholesale supplier located in Shenzhen China. We manufacture various kinds cards and accessories for NDSL/NDSI ,We supply to major companies in USA/UK /Japan. Does Gamezway.com handle International orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide at no additional charge. We try our best to keep prices low by declaring items below their purchase price to avoid customs tax. Such as, all air mail bag will be sign as 1pcs accessory / US$10, Similarly EMS are stochastic signed at lower declared value .

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
No. we will use the address which you declared on PayPal. Unless you have stated another delivery address on the payment page. If the address is different from your PayPal designated address. Please do not hesitate to contact us by sales@gamezway.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes of delivery address base on our shipping schedule as we shipped items out within 24 business hours after the confirmation of payment. We hope for your understanding in regards in this situation.

If I chose to use free shipping, can I trace the order with the tracking number?

My order state shown on gamezway.com is shipped , why isn't there any tracking information available for the registered Airmail/EMS package?
Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves our ShenZhen office and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
